The then Inspector General of Police Mr E W Oryema, in his capacity as Chairman of the National Committee, hands over the keys to a car to the newly ordained Bishop of Northern Uganda, Janani Luwum, during celebrations. This was a gift from the Ugandan business community.
They were to be murdered in 1977 and the cause of death announced as a car accident.
